Returns & Exchanges

At BEST HEATED WEAR, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, as long as they are in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return Process

Return Shipping Fees We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label via email once your return request is approved.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method used during the purchase.
