HOW TO USE
Our jackets are easy to use—just press the button to select one of the three heat settings: high (45°C), medium (35°C), or low (25°C).
Each jacket comes with a built-in USB cable that can be powered by any power bank.
A dedicated pocket is included to hold the power bank, which is needed to activate the heating system. Simply plug the built-in USB cable into any power bank to start enjoying the warmth

Can I wear it on the plane or put it in carry-on bags?
Sure, you can wear it on the plane. All HEATED WEAR apparel is TSA-friendly. All HEATED WEAR batteries are lithium batteries and you must keep them in your carry-on luggage.
Will the heated apparel work at temperatures below 32℉/0℃?
Yes, it will still work well. However, if you’re going to spend a lot of time in sub-zero temperatures, we recommend you purchase a spare battery so you don’t run out of heat!
Are heated vests/jackets safe?
Yes, our heated vests/jackets are safe. However, please ensure not to use the heating function until the vest is completely dry. Additionally, if you have a cardiac device, it is advisable to consult with your doctor or the pacemaker manufacturer before using a heated vest/jacket.
Can I wash the heated Vest/Jacket?
Hand washable or machine washable. If machine washing, please use a laundry bag (not included) to prevent the washing machine from damaging the cable. Please dry naturally, do not use the dryer.
How long does the heated vest/jacket last?
High:2.5-3H，Medium:5-5.5H, Low: 10h (All heating area working).
How to turn on heated vest/jacket?
To turn on, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds. The apparel will begin to preheat for 5minutes (blinking red LED). Then it will automatically adjust to medium heat (white LED). To turn off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until LED turns off. Unplug the battery if not to be used for a long time.
Is it delivered with a power bank (rechargeable battery)?
Above, you can choose to buy it with no rechargeable batteries or with 1 to 4 rechargeable batteries. If you forget to take the rechargeable battery, you can purchase it separately on our store.
